Our Services include, but are not limited to: access to online courses, self-paced modules, blended learning programs, downloadable materials, digital resources, and any associated content or tools we provide. Use of the Services must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content available through our Services, including texts, videos, images, course materials, designs, logos, and software, is the property of Hikmat Learning Solutions, LLC or its licensors.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view, download, or print materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit our content without prior written permission.

3. User Conduct & Representations

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You provide accurate, current, and complete registration and payment information.

  • You are of legal age to enter this agreement or have proper authorization if registering on behalf of an entity.

  • You will not use automated methods (bots, scripts) to access or use the Services.

  • You will not use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

4. Account Registration & Security

  • Some parts of the Services may require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

  • You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

  • We reserve the right to change or remove inappropriate usernames.

5. Payments and Enrollment 

  • Course fees, subscription charges, or other payments will be clearly listed.

  • Payments must be completed before you gain access to paid content.

  • All payments are in U.S. dollars (unless otherwise stated).

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an enrollment or payment at our discretion.

6. Refunds / Cancellations

  • Refund or cancellation policies will be posted separately (e.g., in a “Refund Policy”). Users must read and accept that policy before purchase.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refund requests based on the refund policy terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any commercial purpose except those we explicitly allow.

  • Systematically collect or scrape content (e.g., compile databases, directories).

  • Distribute or share course materials without permission.

  • Use the Services to harass, defame, abuse, or otherwise harm any person or group.

  • Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content.

  • Attempt to circumvent security protections, reverse-engineer software, or otherwise interfere with Service operations.

8. User Contributions

If the Services allow you to submit content (comments, feedback, assignments, etc.):

  • You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit that content.

  • You grant us a license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your submissions for lawful purposes.

  • You agree not to submit content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

9. Changes to Services & Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

  • We may also update these Terms, and will indicate the “Last Updated” date. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

  • The Services are provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding content accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Services.

  • Our maximum liability, if any, will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six (6) months prior to the claim.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Hikmat Learning Solutions is legally registered. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
