Become our ambassador

The Ambassador program is an elite leadership initiative for individuals who are passionate about educational innovation, women’s empowerment, and environmental sustainability. As an Ambassador, you don't just support the mission, you embody it. You serve as the strategic bridge between our initiatives and the wider community.

Present our mission at your local school or organization, write a blog post or letter to a local publication, share your experience through a podcast or video, or post about our activities on social media. Every small action strengthens our community.

Your story and support can encourage others to join our movement. Let’s create a ripple effect of knowledge and opportunity.

Key pillars of the role

  • Thought Leadership: Representing our values in public forums, social media, and academic circles.

  • Community Cultivation: Organizing "One Small Step" micro-events or discussion circles (online or offline) to spark dialogue.

  • Strategic networking: Connecting our projects with potential collaborators, educators, and local organizations.

  • Content advocacy: Amplifying our programs, research, and events to ensure they reach the learners and educators who need them most.

What are the benefits?

We invest in the growth of our leaders. While this is a voluntary role, the Social Capital gained is immense:

  • Certified Status: An official "Global Ambassador" title and digital badge for your LinkedIn and professional profiles.

  • Public Recognition: A dedicated feature on our website’s "Wall of Change" highlighting your contributions.

  • Direct Mentorship: Quarterly 1-on-1 strategy sessions with Umida Hikmatilla to discuss your personal career trajectory and leadership goals.

  • The Portfolio Edge: Guidance on how to document your ambassadorship as a "Community Leadership" case study in your professional portfolio.

Who we are looking for?

We seek "Hummingbirds"—individuals who understand that precision and agility are more powerful than size.

  • The Communicator: You can translate complex social issues into inspiring calls to action.

  • The Connector: You have a natural ability to bring people together for a common cause.

  • The Lifelong Learner: You believe that innovation begins with the "preparedness of the educator."

  • The Global Citizen: You are comfortable navigating both local contexts and international standards.

Commitment & Application

Duration: 6-month renewable terms.

Commitment: 4–6 hours per month (Project-based).

Application Process: A brief video introduction or a 300-word "Manifesto" on why you believe in the Hummingbird metaphor.
