Welcome to the "Publishing in international peer-reviewed journals" course!

We are glad you are here. This self-paced course invites you to explore the basics of the academic publishing process for researchers who want to see their names in Scopus and Web of Science-indexed journals. In this introductory course, you will become familiar with:

•     What is peer review, and why do journals use it
•     How to navigate the peer review process
•     What editors and reviewers expect from your article
•     How to find the right journal for your research and avoid predatory journals

Course enrollment and access

The course is open to interested learners who meet the basic participation requirements. 

Pre-requisite: English A2-B1 level.

Step 1: Access the portal

Visit our learning platform at [Insert Your URL, e.g., www.hikmatonline.com].

• Look for the "Sign In" button located at the top right corner of the homepage.

• If you haven't been invited via email, click on "Don't have an account?" or "Sign up" at the bottom of the login box.

Step 2: Create your profile

Fill in the required fields to establish your student identity:

• Email: Use your primary email address (this will be your username).

• Name: Please use your full legal name for your certificates.

• Password: Choose a secure password you will remember.

Step 3: Confirm your account

Check your email inbox for a confirmation message from Hikmat Learning Solutions.

• Click the "Confirm Account" link.

• Note: If you don't see it, check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder.

Step 4. Enrolling in the course 

1. Click on the course title.

2. Select the Buy now or Add to cart button. 

3. Make a payment before accessing the course.

4. Use your Visa or MasterCard to make a payment.

5. Once enrolled, the course will appear on your dashboard.

Step 5. Accessing the course

1. Log in to your account.

2. From the main dashboard, select Courses.

3. You will see a list of available courses. 

4. Browse the catalog and click on your desired course.

5. If the course is free or you have already been enrolled, click "Join Course" to start your first lesson.

6. Go to your enrolled course.

7. Click Start to enter the course.

   • Public courses: ready for enrollment.

   • Private courses: require admin permission.
